Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL10-5 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and service. This undercounter unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either ten 12" x 20" pans or five 18" x 26" pans, equipped with universal slides for versatile pan placement. The cabinet is constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It includes a solid field reversible door for flexible access and electronic controls for precise temperature management. The top-mount forced air heating system, combined with a water reservoir and autofill water connection, maintains humidity levels to keep food fresh and warm. The cabinet is mounted on 3" swivel casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. The HL10-5 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting rigorous safety and performance standards.
