The Carter-Hoffmann HL2-14 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This compact, 3/4 height unit features a single compartment with a capacity for (28) 12" x 20" or (14) 18" x 26" pans, making it versatile for various food items. It includes 3" fixed wire universal slides for easy organization and access. Equipped with a single pane tempered glass door, the HL2-14 allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining heat. The bottom-mount forced air heating system, combined with a water reservoir, ensures consistent humidity levels for proofing dough and keeping food warm. Mechanical controls and a digital thermometer provide precise temperature management. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet is built for longevity and ease of mobility, featuring (4) 5" swivel casters, with 2 equipped with brakes for stability. The HL2-14 is ETL and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets high safety and sanitation standards.
