Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL3-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This 3/4 height unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either 28 standard 12" x 20" pans or 14 larger 18" x 26" pans. It includes 3" fixed wire universal slides for versatile pan placement. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and equipped with a single pane tempered glass door for easy visibility of contents. The bottom-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while mechanical controls and a digital thermometer provide precise temperature management. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The HL3-14 is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for maintaining food safety and quality.
