Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL4-8 is a half-height heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance and proofing. This insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either 16 standard 12" x 20" pans or 8 larger 18" x 26" pans, accommodating various food items. It includes 3" fixed wire universal slides for easy pan placement and retrieval. The cabinet is equipped with a single pane tempered glass door for visibility and accessibility. Mechanical controls allow for straightforward operation, while the bottom-mount forced air heat system, combined with a water reservoir, ensures consistent humidity and temperature levels. Constructed from durable aluminum, the HL4-8 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is mobile, featuring four 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The cabinet is ETL and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
