Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL5-8 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This 1/2-height, single-compartment unit features a capacity for either 16 standard 12" x 20" pans or 8 larger 18" x 26" pans, making it versatile for various food service needs. Equipped with universal pan slides, it accommodates different pan sizes effortlessly. The cabinet includes a solid hinged door for easy access and mechanical controls for straightforward operation.
