Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL6-18 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. This full-height, insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either (36) 12" x 20" pans or (18) 18" x 26" pans, accommodating a variety of food items. Equipped with universal pan slides, it offers flexibility for different pan sizes. The cabinet includes a solid hinged door for easy access and mechanical controls for straightforward operation. Its top-mount forced air heating system, combined with a water reservoir, ensures consistent humidity and temperature levels, preserving food quality. Constructed from durable aluminum, the HL6-18 is built for longevity and ease of mobility, featuring (4) 5" swivel casters, with (2) equipped with brakes for stability. This unit meets cULus and UL EPH standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
