Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This 3/4 height unit features a single insulated compartment with a capacity for either 28 standard 12" x 20" pans or 14 larger 18" x 26" pans, accommodating a variety of food items. It includes universal pan slides for versatile storage options and a solid field reversible door for easy access. The mechanical controls allow for straightforward temperature adjustments, while the top-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the HL7-14 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is equipped with 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. The cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
