The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-18 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding. This full-height, insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either (36) 12" x 20" pans or (18) 18" x 26" pans, equipped with universal pan slides for versatile storage. The cabinet includes a solid field reversible door for easy access and mechanical controls for straightforward operation. Its top-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the durable stainless steel construction provides longevity and ease of cleaning.
