Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL7-8 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. This 1/2-height, insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either 16 standard 12" x 20" pans or 8 larger 18" x 26" pans, equipped with universal pan slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet includes a solid field reversible door for easy access and mechanical controls for straightforward operation. Its top-mount forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the durable stainless steel construction provides longevity and ease of cleaning. The cabinet is mounted on 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Certified by cULus and UL EPH Classified, the HL7-8 meets high safety and performance standards.
