The Carter-Hoffmann HL8-10-RW is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and warming. This full-height, insulated unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either 20 standard 12" x 20" pans or 10 larger 18" x 26" pans, equipped with universal slides for versatile pan placement. The cabinet includes a solid field reversible door for easy access and a two-drawer warmer at the base for additional heating options. Electronic controls ensure precise temperature management, while bottom-mount forced air heat provides consistent warmth throughout the cabinet. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is mobile, featuring four 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The HL8-10-RW is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
