The Carter-Hoffmann HL8-1816 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding. Each compartment is equipped with a solid field reversible door, allowing for flexible operation. The adjustable shelving can be modified in 1-3/4" increments to suit various storage needs. Crafted from durable stainless steel, this cabinet is built for longevity and ease of cleaning.
