Description
The Carter-Hoffmann HL9-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. This one-compartment unit features a 3/4 height design and is insulated for efficient temperature retention. It accommodates up to 28 pans measuring 12" x 20" or 14 pans measuring 18" x 26", thanks to its universal slides. The cabinet is equipped with a solid field reversible door for versatile access and mechanical controls for straightforward operation. The top-mount forced air heating system includes a water reservoir to maintain humidity levels, ensuring food stays moist and at the perfect serving temperature. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the HL9-14 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is easily mobile with four 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
