The Carter-Hoffmann HL9-8 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. This compact, 1/2 height unit features a single compartment with a capacity for either (16) 12" x 20" pans or (8) 18" x 26" pans, equipped with universal slides for versatile pan placement. The cabinet is constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It includes a solid field reversible door for flexible access and mechanical controls for straightforward operation. The top-mount forced air heating system, combined with a water reservoir, maintains consistent humidity levels to keep food warm and fresh. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 5" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
