Description
The Carter-Hoffmann PH1840 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. Featuring heavy-duty correctional specifications, this cabinet is equipped with an insulated, top-mounted forced air heat system that ensures even temperature distribution. It accommodates up to 32 standard 12"x20" pans or 16 larger 18"x26" pans, with adjustable universal slides that can be set in 1-3/4" increments for versatile storage options. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet includes a flush door and a wrap-around bumper for added protection during mobility. It is fitted with 6" swivel casters for easy maneuverability and is certified by cUL and UL EPH for safety and performance.
