This stationary unit utilizes convection heat for even warming, ensuring your dishes are served at the perfect temperature. It features a lift-off heater for easy cleaning and maintenance, along with 2" high-density insulation for superior heat retention. The solid-state electronic control allows for precise temperature management, while the reversible doors provide flexibility in placement and access. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It is equipped with 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel, for easy mobility. Please note that racks are not included but are available separately from Eloma, Blodgett, or Houno.
