The Carter-Hoffmann VCNH212S-2T is a countertop heated cabinet designed to keep fried and crispy foods at optimal temperatures while maintaining moisture. This vertical Crisp N Hold cabinet accommodates up to six 1/3 size pans (2.5" high) or two 13"x18" half-size sheet pans, allowing for versatile food storage options (pans not included). Featuring removable pan covers, the cabinet utilizes heated and circulated air to ensure even temperature distribution, reaching up to 275°F (135°C). The electronic temperature and time control system includes an alphanumeric display for easy monitoring and adjustments. Additionally, a USB port is available for convenient menu uploads.
