Description
The Champion 54 PRO-HR is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficiency and durability. With a 54” width, it processes up to 255 racks per hour, equating to an impressive 100 gallons per hour. The Proportional Rinse feature ensures optimal water usage, while the progressive anti-jam drive system enhances operational reliability. Equipped with a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface, this dishwasher offers intuitive controls for seamless operation. Proactive maintenance software helps keep the machine running smoothly, minimizing downtime. The single-piece wash chamber design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds ensure thorough cleaning and longevity. The internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens facilitate easy maintenance, while the 20” vertical clearance accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans. The full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors provide easy access for loading and unloading. Additional features include automatic tank fill, door safety switches, leak-proof ball valve drains, and lower front and side enclosure panels. Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel, the unit includes electric tank heat with heat recovery, a heat recovery cabinet with a single vent cowl, and an internal booster heater. The powerful 2 HP wash pump and single-point machine and booster connection enhance performance, while the vent fan control optimizes energy use. The Champion 54 PRO-HR comes with a 20" x 20" peg rack and a 20" x 20" flat rack, meeting NSF, cULus, and ENERGY STAR® standards.
