Description
The Champion 64 PRO is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for commercial kitchens. This Pro Series model features a 64” wide, two-tank system that efficiently processes up to 348 racks per hour, equating to 100 gallons of water per hour. Its proportional rinse technology ensures optimal water usage, while the progressive anti-jam drive system enhances operational reliability. Equipped with a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface, the 64 PRO offers intuitive controls for seamless operation. Proactive maintenance software helps keep the unit running smoothly, minimizing downtime. The dishwasher accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans and boasts a generous 20” vertical clearance. The single-piece hood design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds ensure durability and ease of cleaning. An internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens facilitate efficient waste management. The full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors provide easy access for loading and unloading. Additional features include automatic tank fill, door safety switches, an automatic delime function, and leak-proof ball valve drains. The lower front and side enclosure panels enhance the unit's aesthetic while providing structural integrity.
