Description
The Champion 66 PRO is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficiency and durability. With a 66-inch width, it features a 44-inch single tank and a 22-inch prewash section, capable of processing up to 100 gallons per hour and 209 racks per hour. The proportional rinse system ensures optimal water usage, while the progressive anti-jam drive system enhances operational reliability. Equipped with a top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface, the dishwasher offers intuitive controls and proactive maintenance software for seamless operation. Its robust construction includes a single-piece hood design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. The internal removable scrap basket and dual-piece scrap screens facilitate efficient waste management. With a standard vertical clearance of 20 inches, it accommodates 18 x 26-inch sheet pans effortlessly. The full 180° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors provide easy access for loading and unloading. Additional features include automatic tank fill, door safety switches, leak-proof ball valve drains, and lower front and side enclosure panels. The heavy gauge stainless steel construction, including the base and legs, ensures stability and durability. The electric tank heat and powerful 2 HP prewash and wash pumps deliver exceptional cleaning performance. The Champion 66 PRO also includes a single point machine and booster connection, vent fan control, and stainless steel rear manifolds.
