Description
The Champion 90 PRO-HD is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficiency and durability. This Pro Series model features a 54” long single tank design, capable of processing up to 255 racks per hour and 100 gallons of water per hour. It includes a 36” heavy-duty pre-wash station and a proportional rinse system for optimal cleaning results. Equipped with a progressive anti-jam drive system, this dishwasher ensures smooth operation. The top-mounted Prodigy series HMI user interface simplifies control, while proactive maintenance software helps keep the machine running efficiently. The stainless steel construction, including single-piece upper and lower wash arm manifolds, guarantees longevity and ease of maintenance. The Champion 90 PRO-HD accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans with a vertical clearance of 20”. It features full 90° opening leak-proof insulated hinged access doors for easy loading and unloading. Additional features include automatic tank fill, door safety switches, leak-proof ball valve drains, and lower front and side enclosure panels. With electric tank heat and a powerful 2 HP pre-wash and wash pump, this dishwasher is designed for high-volume operations. It also includes a single point machine and booster connection, vent fan control, and stainless steel rear manifolds. Certified by NSF and CULus, the Champion 90 PRO-HD is proudly made in the USA, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
