With a compact width of 29-1/2 inches, it features a ventless heat recovery system that ensures high-temperature sanitizing, supported by a built-in electric booster heater capable of achieving a 70° rise. This model is field convertible, allowing easy transition from straight-through to corner configurations and from three-phase to single-phase power. The dishwasher operates automatically when the hood is closed, enhancing convenience and safety. It includes a single-point electrical connection and a door interlock switch for added security. On-board service diagnostics simplify maintenance, while the powerful 2 HP self-draining pump and motor ensure optimal performance. The Champion DH-6000-VHR processes up to 40 racks per hour and is equipped with a Rinse Sentry feature for consistent cleaning results. It offers automatic tank filling, detergent and chemical connections, and interchangeable upper and lower spray arms for customizable cleaning.
