The Champion UH130B is a high-performance undercounter dishwasher designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial settings. Measuring 24"W x 25"D x 33-3/4"H, it features high-temperature sanitizing capabilities, ensuring optimal hygiene for your glassware and dishes. With a capacity of 25 racks per hour and a rapid 141-second cycle, it streamlines your dishwashing process. The unit is equipped with StemsSure™ soft start technology, which protects delicate items from chipping and breaking. Top-mounted controls include a prime switch for easy operation, while the 15-3/4"H door opening and door safety switch enhance user convenience and safety. Advanced digital thermometer monitoring ensures precise temperature control, and the stainless steel top and side panels provide durability and a professional appearance. Designed for quiet operation, the double-wall construction minimizes noise, making it suitable for front-of-house environments. The dishwasher includes detergent and rinse aid pumps, a pumped drain, and a built-in electric booster that raises the final rinse water temperature to 180°F, even from a standard 70°F/39°C rise. The rinse sentry feature extends cycle time to guarantee the final rinse temperature is met. Additional features include low-water tank heat protection, automatic tank fill, and a fill & dump operation. The unit comes with one peg rack and one flat rack, powered by a 1 HP wash pump motor. The Shear Energy technology reduces energy requirements while maximizing performance. The Multi-Power capability allows for easy infield conversion to 208-240 volts and/or single to three-phase power.
