Description
The Champion UH330ADA is a high-performance undercounter dishwasher designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial settings. Measuring 24"W x 26-3/4"D x 29-7/8"H, it is ADA compliant and features high-temperature sanitizing capabilities. The unit boasts a capacity of 30 racks per hour with a rapid 120-second cycle, ensuring quick turnaround times. Key features include Heat Recovery Condensate Removal, Dry Assist, and StemsSure™ soft start technology, which protects delicate glasses and dishes from chipping and breaking. The top-mounted precise digital temperature display and Vari-cycle controls allow for easy monitoring and adjustments. The 12"H door opening accommodates various dish sizes, while the stainless steel top and side panels ensure durability and easy maintenance. The dishwasher is equipped with insulated booster and panels, detergent and rinse aid pumps, and an automatic drain cycle with a pumped drain for efficient operation. A built-in electric booster heats the final rinse water to 180°F, with a standard rise of 66°F/82°C, and the rinse sentry feature extends the cycle time to guarantee the required temperature. The unit includes one peg rack and one flat rack, powered by a 1 HP wash pump motor. Multi-Power functionality allows for easy infield conversion to 208-240 volts and/or single to three-phase power.
