The Champion UH330B is a high-performance undercounter dishwasher designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial settings. Measuring 24"W x 26-3/4"D x 33-3/4"H, it features high-temperature sanitizing capabilities with a built-in electric booster that ensures a final rinse temperature of 180°F, even with a standard 70°F/39°C rise. This model boasts a capacity of 24 racks per hour and operates on a quick 150-second cycle, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The top-mounted precise digital temperature display and Vari-cycle controls allow for easy monitoring and adjustments. The 14-3/4"H door opening accommodates various dishware sizes, while the stainless steel top and side panels ensure durability and easy maintenance. Additional features include Heat Recovery Condensate Removal, Dry Assist, and StemsSure™ soft start technology, which protects glasses and dishes from chipping and breaking. The dishwasher is equipped with detergent and rinse aid pumps, an automatic drain cycle, and a pumped drain for efficient operation. Included are one peg rack and one flat rack, along with a powerful 1 HP wash pump motor. The Multi-Power feature allows for easy infield conversion to 208-240 volts and/or single to three-phase power.
