Description
The Cleveland Range 22CCGT66 is a high-performance countertop convection steamer designed for efficiency and versatility. This double-stacked unit features two compartments, each capable of holding six full-size pans, maximizing cooking capacity in a compact design. The gas-powered, connectionless, and boilerless operation eliminates the need for a water connection, making it ideal for various kitchen setups. Equipped with SureCook controls, the steamer offers precise cooking with load compensating thermostats and a manual cooking mode. The easyTimer 90-minute timer features a dial and LED digital readout for accurate time management. Additional features include left-hand hinged doors for convenient access, automatic drain and water level controls, and a KleanShield™ interior for easy cleaning and maintenance. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, the unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is mounted on a sturdy 113130GC stand and meets UL, cUL, and ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency and safety.
