This boilerless, double-stacked unit features a SteamChef™ design, accommodating up to nine full-size pans for maximum cooking capacity. Equipped with a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer and a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming, it offers precise control over cooking times. The left-hand hinged door and right-side controls ensure easy access and operation. The automatic drain and water level controls simplify maintenance, while the KleanShield™ interior promotes cleanliness and hygiene. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, this steamer is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The 4" adjustable legs with flanged feet provide stability and adaptability to various kitchen setups.
