The SureCook load compensating thermostat ensures consistent cooking results, while the manual cooking mode provides flexibility for different recipes. The left-hand hinged door allows for convenient access, and the controls are positioned on the right for easy operation. Automatic water level management and a generator drain streamline maintenance, while the steam shut-off switch enhances safety.
