Each compartment can accommodate up to five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 inch pans, maximizing your cooking capacity. Equipped with manual controls, the easyTimer offers a 90-minute timer with a dial and an LED digital readout that displays time in both minutes and seconds. The SureCook load compensating thermostat ensures consistent cooking results, while the manual cooking mode provides flexibility for various recipes. A descale indicator helps maintain optimal performance. The left-hand hinged door and right-side controls enhance accessibility, and the steam shut-off switch adds an extra layer of safety. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the Cleveland Range 24CEA10.2 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
