This floor model features two spacious compartments, each capable of accommodating three 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" pans, allowing for versatile cooking options. Equipped with solid state controls, it offers precise temperature management and a 60-minute mechanical timer for consistent results. The manual bypass switch enables continuous steaming, while the instant steam standby mode ensures quick readiness. The left-hand hinged door provides easy access, and the controls are conveniently located on the right side. Built with robust stainless steel construction and an FSS stainless steel base frame, this steamer is designed for long-lasting use. Additional features include an auto drain and a steam shut-off switch for enhanced safety and maintenance.
