The Cleveland Range 24CGA10.2 is a high-performance gas convection steamer designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This floor model features the Steamcraft® Gemini™ design with two compartments, each equipped with individual generators, allowing for simultaneous cooking of multiple dishes. Each compartment can accommodate up to five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 pans, maximizing your cooking capacity. Equipped with SureCook controls, this steamer ensures precise cooking with its easyTimer 90-minute timer, featuring a dial and LED digital readout for accurate tracking in minutes and seconds. The SureCook load compensating thermostat and manual cooking mode provide flexibility for various cooking needs, while the descale indicator helps maintain optimal performance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the 24CGA10.2 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes a left-hand hinged door for convenient access and has controls positioned on the right for easy operation. The unit connects to standard treated and tap water, and its 6" adjustable legs with flanged feet ensure stability on any surface. With a total output of 144,000 BTU, this steamer delivers powerful performance for all your cooking requirements.
