The Cleveland Range 24CGA10.2ES is a high-performance gas convection steamer designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This floor model features the Steamcraft® Gemini™ design with two compartments, each equipped with individual generators, allowing for simultaneous cooking of multiple dishes. It accommodates up to five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 inch pans per compartment, maximizing your cooking capacity. Equipped with SureCook controls, this steamer ensures precise cooking with its easyTimer 90-minute timer, featuring a dial and LED digital readout for accurate time management. The SureCook load compensating thermostat and manual cooking mode provide flexibility for various cooking needs, while the descale indicator helps maintain optimal performance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the 24CGA10.2ES is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes a left-hand hinged door for easy access and has controls conveniently located on the right side. The unit connects to standard treated and tap water, and its 6-inch adjustable legs with flanged feet ensure stability on any surface. With a total output of 100,000 BTU and ENERGY STAR® certification, this steamer combines power and energy efficiency for reliable cooking results.
