Description
The Cleveland Range 24CGM200 is a high-performance pressureless convection steamer designed for commercial kitchens. This gas-powered floor model features two compartments, each capable of accommodating three 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" pans, maximizing cooking efficiency. Equipped with solid state controls, it includes a 60-minute mechanical timer and a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming. The left-hand hinged door and right-side controls ensure easy access and operation. With an instant steam standby mode, the 24CGM200 provides quick readiness for cooking, while the auto drain and steam shut-off switch enhance safety and convenience. Its durable stainless steel construction and FSS stainless steel base frame ensure longevity and easy maintenance. With a powerful output of 220,000 BTU, this steamer is ideal for high-volume cooking needs, delivering consistent results every time.
