Description
The Cleveland Range 36CGM300 is a high-performance pressureless convection steamer designed for commercial kitchens. This gas-powered floor model features two compartments, each capable of accommodating three 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" pans, maximizing cooking efficiency. Equipped with solid state controls, it includes a 60-minute mechanical timer and a manual bypass switch for continuous steaming. The left-hand hinged door and right-side controls ensure easy access and operation. With an instant steam standby mode, auto drain, and steam shut-off switch, this steamer offers convenience and safety. Its durable stainless steel construction and FSS stainless steel base frame provide stability and longevity, while the powerful 300,000 BTU output ensures rapid heating and consistent cooking results.
