The Cleveland Range 36DMK1010 is a high-performance kettle cabinet assembly designed for direct steam applications. This unit features a modular base with two 10-gallon, 2/3 steam jacketed kettles equipped with lift-off covers for easy access. The manual tilt mechanism allows for precise pouring and serving. Included in the steam control kit are needle-type steam control valves, a steam trap, a condensate strainer, a check valve, and necessary nipples and fittings, all factory assembled and mounted on the kettle for convenience. The double pantry faucet enhances functionality, while the unit operates at a robust 50 psi rating. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, the 36DMK1010 ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The adjustable flanged feet provide stability and allow for easy leveling on any surface.
