The standard height cabinet houses a powerful 300,000 BTU gas boiler, ensuring rapid heating and consistent performance. Included with the assembly are a lift-off cover for easy access, a double pantry faucet for versatile use, and a sink with a drain for convenient cleanup. The splash guard enhances safety and cleanliness during operation. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner, this kettle assembly is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen while providing excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, it comes with factory-installed steam control kits for precise steam management.
