Its 2/3 steam jacket design ensures even heat distribution, enhancing cooking performance. The kettle features a durable stainless steel exterior finish complemented by a 316 series stainless steel liner for superior corrosion resistance. The open tri-leg base provides stability and ease of access, while the standard flanged feet facilitate secure installation. Equipped with a steam control valve and a 2" tangent draw-off for efficient draining, the KDL100 also includes a spring assist cover for convenient operation. With a 50 psi rating, this kettle is built to handle high-pressure steam cooking, making it an ideal choice for large-scale food preparation.
