Standard features include flanged feet for secure placement, a convenient faucet bracket, a steam control valve for precise temperature management, and a 2" tangent draw-off with a strainer for efficient draining. The spring assist cover allows for effortless opening and closing, and the kettle operates at a robust 35 psi rating, making it ideal for a variety of cooking applications.
