The Cleveland Range KDL150 is a stationary direct steam kettle with a generous 150-gallon capacity, designed for high-volume cooking. Its 2/3 steam jacket ensures efficient heat distribution, while the open tri-leg base provides stability and easy access. The kettle features a durable stainless steel exterior finish complemented by a 316 series stainless steel liner for enhanced corrosion resistance. A 2" tangent draw-off allows for quick and easy product dispensing, and the spring assist cover facilitates effortless opening and closing. With a 35 psi rating, this kettle is built to handle demanding kitchen environments.
