The Cleveland Range KDL30F is a stationary direct steam kettle with a generous 30-gallon capacity, designed for efficient cooking and versatility in commercial kitchens. Its full steam jacket design ensures even heat distribution, enhancing cooking performance. The kettle features a durable stainless steel exterior finish complemented by a 316 series stainless steel liner, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. Equipped with an open tri-leg base for stability, the KDL30F includes standard flanged feet for easy installation. The kettle also comes with a convenient faucet bracket, a steam control valve for precise temperature management, and a 2" tangent draw-off with a strainer for efficient draining. The spring assist cover allows for easy access, while the unit operates at a 50 psi rating, making it suitable for a variety of cooking applications.
