The Cleveland Range KEL100 is an electric stationary kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 100-gallon capacity. Its 2/3 steam jacket design ensures efficient heat distribution, while the open tri-leg base provides stability and easy access. The kettle features a faucet bracket and strainer for convenient pouring and filtering. With a 50 psi rating, it is built to handle high-pressure cooking needs. The solid state water level control allows for precise monitoring, and the 2" tangent draw-off facilitates quick and easy draining. The spring-assisted cover ensures safe and effortless opening. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, this kettle is designed for longevity and easy cleaning. Flanged feet enhance stability, and the IPX6 rating indicates excellent protection against water ingress.
