With a 50 psi rating, it is built to handle high-pressure cooking tasks. The solid state water level control allows for precise monitoring, while the 2" tangent draw-off facilitates easy draining. The spring-assisted cover provides effortless opening and closing. Constructed with a 316 series stainless steel interior, this kettle offers durability and resistance to corrosion. Flanged feet enhance stability, and the IPX6 rating ensures protection against water ingress, making it suitable for various kitchen environments.
