With a generous 12-gallon (45L) capacity, it features a 2/3 steam jacket design for optimal heat distribution. The self-contained unit includes a lever-style tilting mechanism and an anti-drip pour spout for precise serving. Built with IPX6 water protection controls, it ensures safety and reliability in busy kitchen environments. The self-locking marine-style safety latch adds an extra layer of security during operation. Crafted from stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, this kettle is reinforced with a rolled rim for added strength. It operates at 50 PSI and is compatible with 208-240v/60/3-ph power, with the option to convert to single-phase. The support console is conveniently located on the right side for easy access.
