The Cleveland Range KGL40 is a stationary gas kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 40-gallon capacity. Featuring a 2/3 steam jacket, it ensures even heating and efficient cooking. The interior is constructed from durable 316 stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. This self-contained unit includes a floor-mounted control console for easy operation and features electronic ignition for reliable start-up. The exterior is finished in 304 stainless steel, offering a sleek and professional appearance. Additional features include a faucet mounting bracket for convenience, flanged feet for stability, and a 2" tangent draw-off with a strainer for efficient draining. The spring-assisted cover allows for easy access, while the kettle operates at a 50 psi rating and delivers an impressive 140,000 BTU for powerful performance.
