Its self-contained system includes a lever-style tilting mechanism and an anti-drip pour spout for mess-free serving. Built with IPX6 water protection controls, it ensures safety and reliability in demanding kitchen environments. The self-locking marine-style safety latch and reinforced rolled rim enhance operational safety. Constructed from stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, this kettle is built to withstand rigorous use. It operates at 50 PSI and delivers a powerful 53,000 BTU, making it ideal for high-volume cooking. The support console is conveniently located on the right side, and it operates on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical system.
