Description
The Cleveland Range PDL2 is a high-performance pressure steamer designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This direct steam model features two compartments, each capable of accommodating eight 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans, allowing for substantial cooking capacity. Equipped with individual automatic timers, it ensures precise cooking times for various dishes. The unit operates at 5 psi direct steam and includes a pressure regulating valve for optimal performance. Constructed with durable cast aluminum doors and a robust stainless steel frame, it is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The steamer is supported by four 6" adjustable legs with flanged feet for stability. It operates on a 115v/60/1-ph power supply.
