Description
The Cleveland Range SEL60T1 is an electric tilting skillet braising pan designed for high-capacity cooking with a 60-gallon capacity. Its PowerPan™ technology features a bead blasted cooking surface for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. The 10° tilt cooking feature allows for efficient food preparation and serving, while the standard easy-to-use power tilt ensures smooth operation. The spring-assisted cover includes a vent for steam release, and the interior is marked with both gallon and liter measurements for precise cooking. Constructed from stainless steel, the open leg frame provides stability and ease of access, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
