Description
The Continental Refrigerator D48N12C-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a 48" width and includes (12) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, providing ample space for ingredient storage. The 19" cutting board enhances efficiency during food prep. Equipped with (4) drawers, each drawer can accommodate either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 pan and (1) 1/3 x 6 pan, allowing for versatile ingredient organization. The unit is constructed with a durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. The electronic control system features a digital display and a hi-low alarm for optimal temperature management. With 6" adjustable legs, the unit can be easily leveled for stability. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, providing efficient cooling with a 1/4 hp compressor. This unit is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting high standards for safety and sanitation.
