The Continental Refrigerator D48N12M-D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This two-section Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a 48" width and includes twelve 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, perfect for storing a variety of ingredients. The unit is equipped with an 8" cutting board for easy assembly of sandwiches and salads. With four drawers, it accommodates versatile storage options, allowing for either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of one 1/2 x 6 pan and one 1/3 x 6 pan per drawer (pans not included). The stainless steel construction of the top, front, sides, and interior ensures durability and easy cleaning. The electronic control system features a digital display and a hi-low alarm for monitoring temperature. The unit is supported by 6" adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces. Its rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for efficient operation.
