It includes eight 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, complemented by a 12" cutting board for efficient food prep. The unit is equipped with four drawers, each capable of accommodating either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of one 1/2 x 6 pan and one 1/3 x 6 pan (pans supplied by others), providing versatile storage options. The electronic control system features a digital display and a hi-low alarm for optimal temperature management. Designed for mobility, the unit is mounted on 3-3/4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/4 hp compressor, ensuring efficient cooling.
