Description
The Continental Refrigerator D48N8C is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a 48" width and accommodates eight 1/6 size pans, each 4" deep, providing ample space for ingredients. The 19" cutting board enhances efficiency during food prep. Constructed with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior, this unit ensures durability and easy cleaning. It includes two field-rehingeable doors for flexible access and convenience. The electronic control system with a digital display allows for precise temperature management, complemented by a hi-low alarm for monitoring. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/4 hp compressor, ensuring energy efficiency and optimal cooling performance. The automatic hot gas condensate evaporator minimizes maintenance needs.
